Academy Award winner Meryl Streep and her sculptor husband, Don Gummer, made the leap to the West Coast last year, buying a midcentury home in Pasadena and listing their four-bedroom Tribeca penthouse for $24.6 million. It has now resurfaced at $18.25 million–a significant price cut of more than $6.3 million. The couple bought the 4,000 square foot property with views of lower Manhattan and the Hudson River in 2006 for $10.13 million.
Amenities in the 92 Laight Street property include a 360-degree wraparound terrace, kitchen with high-end appliances, oversized windows with magnificent views, and a two-bathroom, two-closet master suite.
