Seth Meyers’ 10-room Greenwich Village apartment, once owned by Mary Louise Parker, was recently featured in Architectural Digest. The Late Night host’s wife, Alexi, brought in her sister Ariel, a founding partner of Ashe Leandro, to “reimagine” the space after the couple purchased it in $7.5 million. The 3,200 square foot apartment retained elements of Mary Louise Parker’s style, yet incorporates furniture from the Ashe Leandro Ruemmler collection alongside flea market finds. The designers even surprise the couple with new styles, for example one time they painted the TV room terra cotta when the family was out of town. Ashe shared “Seth hates everything at first–and then he loves it.”
