29-year old singer-songwriter Taylor Swift has been buying real estate since she was 20, and rumor has it that she’s looking for more. Her real estate purchases began with her 3,240-square foot “starter home” on Nashville’s Music Row. Currently estimated at $3 million, the condo has floor-to-ceiling windows with skyline views of Nashville.
In 2011, at the age of 21, Swift bought a 5,600 square foot estate, also in Nashville, with a swimming pool and 2,000 square foot guest house–aerial view above. Estimated at $2.5 million, this is the least expensive property she owns.
Moving to the left coast, Swift once owned three properties in Los Angeles. After divesting herself of two Beverly Hills Homes, she still owns the mansion she bought in 2015, the landmark estate of Hollywood film producer Samuel Goldwyn. The 10,982 square foot home is estimated at about $30 million.
Famous for the celebrity guest-list parties thrown there, Swift’s Watch Hill, Rhode Island beach house has 7 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, and sprawls over 12,000 square feet. Estimate value: $6.65 million.
It’s no surprise that Swift owns not one, but three properties in the world’s best City, though. In 2014, she renovated two adjacent penthouses into one large one 10-bedroom, 10-bathroom duplex, then bought the neighboring property in 2017. Together, the two properties span about 13,500 square feet and have an estimated value of $33 million. Just last year, she added another condo to this Tribeca cluster, on the second floor of her penthouse apartment, valued at $6.9 million.
What next? London, perhaps, to join her boyfriend of three years, British actor Joe Alwyn.
