Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen’s four bedroom, full-floor Flatiron district apartment just sold for $13.95 million after an aggressive price cut from their 2016 asking price of $17.25 million. The couple purchased the apartment at One Madison in 2014 for $11.7 million and got 360-degree views of the city from its floor-to-ceiling windows.
Allegedly Brady and Bündchen upgraded last year to a $30 million Tribeca property at 70 Vestry, designed by none other than Robert A.M. Stern Architects, who seems to be taking over the celeb scene.
Check out the layout of the recently sold apartment. Building amenities include an indoor pool, steam room, and fitness center.
